Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microvellum Process Engineer to join our team and support our high-end millwork operations. This role is critical to ensuring precision, efficiency, and innovation in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all type of products in Microvellum library and engineering standards.
- Manage production-ready drawing files using Microvellum and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow from design to manufacturing.
- Optimize CNC programming, panel saw programming, and optimize other machines (inventory system, dowel, edge banding) for efficient production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to programming software and machinery.
Qualifications:
- Millwork Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years, preferably in high-end millwork and a hands-on experience.
- Microvellum Software: Minimum 3 years of experience.
- AutoCAD & 3D AutoCAD: Minimum 3 years of experience.
- 3D Modeling Software: Familiarity with Inventor, SolidWorks, Aspire, Sketchup or similar (not required but a plus).
- CNC & Panel Saw Software: Minimum 5 years of experience with systems such as Biesse, Weeke, Homag, Inventory Systems, or similar.
- Education: College degree.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a quick turnaround.
